NCT ID NCT06138561

First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at two different treatment plans for people aged 65 and older with advanced bladder cancer who cannot take the standard chemotherapy drug cisplatin. The goal is to see which treatment better maintains quality of life and causes fewer side effects. Participants will receive either a combination of two newer drugs or a different chemotherapy followed by maintenance therapy, and researchers will track their well-being through surveys.
