Summary
This study is testing whether a special education and navigation support tool helps patients with advanced bladder cancer and their caregivers feel more involved in treatment decisions. The tool provides information and guidance to improve care coordination. Researchers will measure how ready the hospital staff are to use the tool, and how patients and caregivers rate their own confidence and care experience.
