First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether growing a patient's tumor cells in the lab (organoids) can help doctors pick the most effective anti-HER-2 drug for advanced bladder cancer. About 224 adults who have failed standard chemotherapy will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this personalized approach improves survival compared to the usual method of choosing drugs based on protein levels alone.
