NCT ID NCT06388720
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving two chemotherapy drugs (mitomycin-C and gemcitabine) directly into the bladder can control high-risk bladder cancer that has not responded to the standard BCG therapy. About 82 adults with this type of cancer will receive the treatment and be monitored for cancer return or spread. The goal is to find a safer, effective option to delay or avoid bladder removal surgery.
