Berry drink fights altitude brain fog?

NCT ID NCT07166835

Summary

This study is testing whether a special blackcurrant-based drink can help people think more clearly in low-oxygen, high-altitude conditions. Healthy young men will spend time in a chamber that simulates the thin air at 4,500 meters, drink either the test beverage or a placebo, and complete memory and focus tests. Researchers will measure if the drink helps reduce the mental slowdown that often happens at high altitudes.
