First human tests begin for experimental cancer drug

Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called BL-M14D1 in patients with advanced solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for early signs that it might help shrink tumors. The study will enroll about 22 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments.
