New drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT06505824
Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called BL-M14D1 for advanced cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug in about 22 adults with certain cancers, including small cell lung cancer and neuroendocrine tumors. Researchers will also get early signs of whether the drug might help shrink tumors.
