Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a new drug called BL-M11D1 in 120 adults with acute myeloid leukemia that has returned or not responded to standard treatments. What this could lead to

If it works, this could point toward a new treatment option for people with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard therapy.

What could go wrong

This is a very early Phase 1 trial with only 120 participants, so the drug may not prove safe or effective. Side effects could be severe, including low blood counts and organ damage.

Conditions

The condition(s) this trial relates to.
