Summary

This study reviews medical records of 50 adults who received a simultaneous liver-kidney transplant at Methodist Dallas Medical Center between 2015 and 2020. The goal is to find out how many of them developed BK virus in their blood, a virus that can harm the new kidney. No new treatments or visits are involved—just looking back at existing data.
