First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether moving around during labor can improve birth outcomes for first-time mothers with low-risk pregnancies. About 714 women will either receive standard care or use a special mobility system. The main goal is to see if the system reduces unplanned cesarean sections. Researchers will also track labor length, pain medication use, and newborn health.
