First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily supplement called Alii can reduce side effects like low mood, low energy, and digestive issues in women taking hormonal birth control pills. About 68 women will take either the supplement or a placebo for 28 days and report changes in happiness, energy, and health. The goal is to see if the supplement helps with nutrient depletion caused by birth control pills.
