Summary

This study aims to find better ways to diagnose bipolar disorder and predict when mood episodes will happen. Researchers will track sleep, movement, and decision-making in 600 people using smartwatches and computer tasks. The goal is to tell bipolar disorder apart from depression and healthy states, and to spot early signs of mood changes.
