NCT ID NCT06319989

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tested whether a newer ultrasound method (biplane) helps doctors perform epidural injections in children more effectively than the standard single-plane method. It involved 46 boys aged 4 months to 10 years undergoing circumcision. The goal was to see if biplane ultrasound leads to higher first-attempt success and shorter procedure time.
