First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether a newer ultrasound method (biplane) helps doctors give numbing shots in the lower back more accurately in children than the standard single-plane method. About 281 boys aged 4 months to 10 years having circumcision will take part. The goal is to see if the biplane method leads to more first-attempt successes and shorter procedure times.
