First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called BioTTT001, a modified virus designed to attack cancer cells, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (meningeal metastasis). The trial aims to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 42 participants aged 18 to 70 who have not responded to standard treatments will receive the therapy through a small device placed in the brain.
