First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a new device called the MAGNITUDE BRS System, a temporary scaffold that slowly releases medicine to keep leg arteries open. It is for people with severe leg artery disease that threatens the limb. About 300 participants will be randomly assigned to receive this scaffold or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the scaffold helps save the leg and keeps the artery open longer.
