Can a muscle monitor fix your aching back?
NCT ID NCT06613620
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special muscle-monitoring device (biofeedback) to standard stretching and strengthening exercises provides extra benefits for people with lower crossed syndrome, a common posture-related condition causing lower back pain. Researchers worked with 46 adults aged 19-35 who had specific muscle imbalances and moderate pain. They measured changes in pain, spinal curve angle, body awareness, and daily function to see if the biofeedback helped more than exercises alone.
