Can a muscle monitor help fix your aching back?

NCT ID NCT06613620

Summary

This study tested whether adding a special muscle-activity monitor (called biofeedback) to a standard exercise program provides extra benefits for people with lower crossed syndrome, a common cause of lower back pain. 46 adults with this condition were randomly assigned to receive either the standard exercises or exercises plus biofeedback. Researchers measured changes in pain, spinal curve, movement sense, and daily function to see which approach worked better.
