Summary

This study tested a 10-week program of biofeedback and breathing exercises in children and teens aged 6-18 with ADHD. The goal was to see if these techniques could reduce ADHD symptoms and improve heart rate variability. Participants were randomly assigned to the program or a waitlist. The study is complete, and results may show whether this drug-free approach helps manage ADHD.
