Summary
This study tests two mobile app programs for adults with binge eating disorders. One program teaches deep breathing exercises to improve heart rate control, and the other guides users through body scans when they feel out of touch with their body. The goal is to reduce binge eating and purging behaviors. The study is fully remote and involves 144 participants.
