First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called binimetinib in 53 adults with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change (NRAS mutation). The drug blocks proteins that help cancer grow. Researchers want to see if it can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. This is a phase II trial for people whose cancer has not responded to other treatments.
