NCT ID NCT06506916

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at how the drug bimekizumab affects gene activity in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, with or without psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will take small skin samples to measure changes in gene expression over 48 weeks. The goal is to better understand how the drug works at a molecular level, not to directly treat or cure the disease. About 89 adults are taking part.
