Summary
This study tested a combination of four drugs (nivolumab, nanoliposomal-irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, and leucovorin) for people with advanced bile duct cancer that had worsened after their first treatment. The main goals were to see if the drug mix was safe and how well it worked to control the cancer. It involved 34 participants and was an early-to-mid stage trial.
