New Two-Pronged attack on tough bile duct cancer

Summary
This study is testing a two-part treatment for advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines a heat-based procedure (radiofrequency ablation) applied inside the bile duct with a drug (durvalumab) given by IV. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer and help people live longer.
