New Two-Pronged attack on tough bile duct cancer
NCT ID NCT06440993
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two treatments works better for advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Doctors will use a small device to heat and destroy tumor cells inside the bile duct, followed by an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) plus standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if more patients are alive one year after starting this combined approach.
