Brain ultrasound tested for shaky hands: second side procedure under study

NCT ID NCT06974916

Summary

This study is for people with essential tremor who have already had a focused ultrasound procedure on one side of their brain. It aims to see if having the same procedure on the other side is more effective at reducing hand tremors than staying on standard medication. Researchers will compare tremor severity, quality of life, and safety between the two groups over six months.
