First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tested the safety and how the body handles a single dose of the drug Spesolimab (BI 655130) in 36 healthy adults. Participants received the drug either as a shot under the skin or through an IV. The main goal was to compare how much drug gets into the blood with each method.
