Summary
This study tested a new oral drug, BI 3706674, in 47 adults with advanced stomach, esophageal, or gastroesophageal junction cancer that had not responded to prior treatments. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the drug could shrink tumors by blocking growth signals. The trial is now complete and no longer enrolling participants.
