New cancer drug targets hidden tumor protein in first human tests

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called BGB-B455 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and express a specific protein called CLDN6. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand what side effects participants experience. The study will enroll about 90 people and is the first time this drug is being given to humans.
