First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This study tests whether blood flow restriction (BFR) training can reduce pain and improve elbow function in people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Researchers will enroll 40 adults whose symptoms have lasted more than 6 weeks but less than 12 months and who have not improved with physical therapy. Participants will be assessed before and up to 12 weeks after the training to measure pain, strength, and daily function.
