Let sleeping children lie: study tests skipping nighttime hospital checks
NCT ID NCT06865781
Summary
This study aims to see if letting stable, hospitalized children sleep through the night without routine vital sign checks improves their sleep quality and duration. It will compare children who skip the midnight and 4 AM checks to those who receive standard care. Researchers will measure sleep using activity-tracking watches and surveys from children and parents.
