Let sleeping children lie: hospital study tests skipping nighttime checks
NCT ID NCT06865781
Summary
This study aims to see if letting stable, hospitalized children sleep through the night without routine vital sign checks improves their sleep quality and duration. It compares children who skip the midnight and 4 a.m. checks with those who receive standard care. The goal is to find a better balance between monitoring health and allowing restful recovery.
