New scan aims to catch hidden liver cancer
NCT ID NCT06345508
Summary
This study is testing an advanced type of ultrasound to improve the detection and diagnosis of liver cancer. Researchers want to see if this new method can find small liver tumors that are often missed by standard ultrasound scans. The goal is to help catch cancer at its earliest, most treatable stage, potentially reducing the need for more invasive tests like biopsies.
