Summary
People with long-term mental disorders often die 20 years earlier than others, mainly from heart disease. This study looks at how patients and their caregivers can work together to lower heart risks. Researchers talked to 127 people, including patients, caregivers, and doctors, to understand their experiences and find better ways to provide care.
