Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical method for people in Tanzania who need a second eyelid surgery due to trachoma complications. It will compare two different surgical techniques in 1,000 participants to see which one provides more successful, longer-lasting results. The goal is to improve quality of life by preventing eyelashes from scratching the eye again after surgery.
