New drug cocktail aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of two drugs—ZEN003694 and abemaciclib—given together to people with advanced breast cancer, NUT carcinoma, or other solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink or stabilize the cancer. About 45 adults will take part.
