Timing is everything: could your therapy hour cure PTSD faster?
NCT ID NCT05453162
Summary
This study is investigating whether the time of day a person receives therapy affects how well it works for PTSD. 52 participants with PTSD will receive a standard 10-session therapy via video call, but half will have sessions in the morning and half in the late afternoon. Researchers will measure changes in PTSD symptoms and stress responses to see if timing makes a difference in recovery.
