Summary
This study looks at which combination of tests works best to find early signs of cancer in the cervix or anus of people living with HIV. About 1,586 participants in Mexico and Puerto Rico will be tested using different methods, including HPV testing and cell analysis. The goal is to improve screening so that high-grade lesions can be caught and treated before they turn into cancer.
