Summary

This study aims to find the best method for managing pain after hip replacement surgery. Researchers are comparing three different nerve-blocking techniques to see which one provides the most pain relief while allowing patients to keep leg strength for early movement. The trial involves 93 older adults undergoing hip surgery and focuses on reducing the need for strong painkillers and helping patients recover faster.
