Summary
This study tested whether a daily berry leaf extract supplement could improve memory, attention, and mood in healthy adults aged 60-80 who had minor memory complaints. 109 participants took either the supplement or a placebo for a set period. Researchers measured changes in thinking speed and memory using computer tests.
