Summary
This study tested whether a daily berry leaf extract supplement could improve memory, attention, and mood in healthy adults aged 60 to 80 who felt their memory was slipping. Over 100 participants took either the extract or a placebo for several weeks. Researchers measured changes in memory and thinking speed using computer tests.
