Summary
This study tests a natural supplement called Berbevis™ in 90 adults with slightly high blood sugar (100–126 mg/dL) and a BMI between 25 and 35. Participants will take one of three daily doses (500, 750, or 1000 mg) for two months to see if it lowers fasting blood sugar. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose for managing early blood sugar problems.
