New drug trial aims to tame rare blood and vessel diseases in kids

Summary
This study is testing a drug called benralizumab in children aged 6 to 18 with rare diseases where a type of white blood cell (eosinophils) causes inflammation and organ damage. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective at controlling disease flares and reducing the need for steroid medications. Participants will receive injections every 4 weeks for at least one year, with an option to continue for another year.
