First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of three treatments—bemosubaiabimab (an immunotherapy), anlotinib (a targeted therapy), and standard chemoradiation—in people with esophageal cancer that has spread to a few other spots (oligometastatic). The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and keep them from growing. About 28 adults will receive 4-6 cycles of the combo, then continue on two of the drugs. The study is currently recruiting.
