Summary
This study aims to check the safety of a drug called belumosudil for Indian patients aged 12 and older who have chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after a stem cell transplant. Participants will take the drug for up to 24 weeks and be monitored for side effects and how well their symptoms improve. The study is for patients whose cGVHD has not been fully controlled by at least two previous treatments.
