New drug combo offers hope for Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary

This study is for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding the best dose of a drug called belumosudil mesylate, and second, testing that dose alone or with dexamethasone to see if it can control the cancer. About 36 participants will take part at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
