Summary

This study looks at how people with schizophrenia learn and update their beliefs, and whether treating persecutory delusions changes that process. About 120 adults will receive either cognitive behavioral therapy or standard care plus check-ins for 16 weeks. Researchers will use brain scans and computer tasks to measure changes in thinking and brain activity.
