Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, belantamab mafodotin and venetoclax, with or without dexamethasone, in people whose multiple myeloma has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The trial focuses on patients with a specific genetic marker called t(11;14). The goal is to find the best dose and see how well the combination controls the cancer.
