Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug belantamab mafodotin to a standard three-drug regimen can improve outcomes for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. About 70 adults will receive the combination to find the best dose and see how well it controls the cancer. The goal is to manage the disease, not cure it, as ongoing treatment is typically needed.
