First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a simple behavioral program (bladder training, fluid management, and lifestyle changes) works as well as pelvic floor muscle training when both are added to standard medication for women with urgency urinary incontinence. Eighty women will participate over 8 weeks, with follow-up at 12 weeks. The goal is to find a low-cost, accessible treatment option that can be used in places with limited healthcare resources.
